Design + Construction
Moltus prides ourselves in providing designs to match our client intent, from sketch plans to reality onsite. Moltus`s design and construction process carefully crafts the projects design to the clients aesthetic requirements aligning with the clients budget, building code, standards, landlord and government requirements. The design and construction process that Moltus provides is an complete end to end service with constant client consultation form inception to completion.
Fitouts
Experts in the commercial fit out space Moltus provides our clients with the satisfaction of having their project built and managed by one of Canberra`s most experienced and qualified teams of building professionals. As apart of Moltus`s fit out scope of work we provide design reviews through liaising with the design team, consultants, regulatory bodies, building owners, strata managers and the on-site / offsite management of tier one subcontractors ensuring the clients project is constructed to the best quality, within the desired timeframe and budget inline with the clients design.
Refurbishments
Moltus has a team of Canberra`s best trade qualified building assessors. By the use of this experience and know how within the team, Moltus is able to provide our clients with cost estimations, feasibility and method of approach on their refurbishments. Initial design concepts and pricing are provided within a week of initial consultation.
Government
Having ACT Government pre-qualification, secure local jobs certification and ISO accreditation, Moltus can provide our construction and management services to all Australian Federal Government Departments, ACT Government Departments, client-side project management organisations and government consultants.
